Infused with the traditions and culture of the West Indies. Our food is Authentic Caribbean Cuisine made from recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. Chef Claudius Charles was born in Guyana and spent his childhood in St. Lucia and St. Thomas, where he learned from the best cooks - his grandmother, mother and aunts. Not only did he embrace the art of cooking, but also valued the family traditions of the Caribbean culture.
